Changing the Sprint Associated with a Work Item in Zymmr

In Zymmr, you can change the sprint associated with a work item using various methods. Here are the steps to do so:

Method 1: Drag and Drop

  1. Drag and Drop Work Items:
    • Go to the board or list view where you can see all work items and sprints.
    • Drag the work item and drop it into the desired active sprint.
  2. Start Sprint:
    • If the sprint is not already started, start the sprint to activate it.

Method 2: Using the Work Item Details

  1. Access Work Item Details:
    • Open the work item you want to change the sprint for.
  2. Sprint Section:
    • Navigate to the Sprint section under the work item details.
    • Choose the desired sprint from the dropdown menu.
  3. View Sprint History:
    • At the bottom of the Sprint section, you can see the history of all sprints the work item has been moved through.

    • On the right side of the work item screen, click on the three dots (more options).
  2. Change Sprint:
    • Select the "Change Sprint" option from the dropdown menu.
    • Choose the desired sprint from the dropdown contents.

    1. Drag and Drop Method: Drag the task from the current sprint and drop it into the future sprint.
    2. Work Item Details Method: Open the task, go to the Sprint section, and select the future sprint from the dropdown menu.
    3. Options Menu Method: Click on the three dots on the right side of the task screen, choose "Change Sprint," and select the future sprint from the dropdown menu.
